Fleet Command v1.38 and Installer patches available!
------------------------------------------------------------------------
These are both "unofficial" patches which attempt to address any 
incompatibility issues with Fleet Command and Windows 2000/XP.

Taken from the v1.38 README:

- Sound support: An inconsistency was found and fixed in the use of 
  the sound thread support. This fix appears to help stability under Windows XP.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: If Fleet Command is crashing when a Phoenix missile
  is launched you MUST re-install Fleet Command using the updated 
  FleetCommandInstaller for Win2000/XP
