Fleet Command Update Version 1.38

(This file will update any previous version of Fleet Command to 1.38)

Installation
===============================================================
Open the zip file.
Extract the EXE into the Jane's Fleet Command installation directory
and over-write the existing executable.


Modifications for Build v1.38
===============================================================
- Fleet Command.exe 	(file version 0.1.0.0)
  In the "Other version information" area
  selecting "File Version" or "Product Version"
  should display 1.38

- Sound support: An inconsistency was found and fixed in the use of 
  the sound thread support.
  This fix appears to help stability under Windows XP.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: If Fleet Command is crashing when a Phoenix missile
  is launched you MUST re-install Fleet Command using the updated 
  FleetCommandInstaller for Win2000/XP


Modifications for Build v1.37

- Fleet Command.exe 	(file version 0.1.0.0)
  In the "Other version information" area
  selecting "File Version" or "Product Version"
  should display 1.37

- Fixed a crash issue relating to AI weapons.
- THIS VERSION WAS NOT RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC
